Sofitel London St James

One of the best hotel experiences I ever had!!! Nice and clean room, awesome and supportive staffs, efficient service! I would like to express my appreciation to the manager Kim and the male night manager worked on 21st Jan! We had a “jacket incident” and they have handled this matter in the most professional and supportive way. Thank you again for your solution. We surely enjoyed the stay and all the warm kind treats you provided for our honeymoon. We highly recommend this hotel!

Everything about this hotel is perfect. From the moment we walked in the door upon check in we were wowed by the level of service we received from every member of staff whom we interacted with. Extra shoutout to the housekeeping staff who kept our room (and the entire hotel) spotless with so much attention to detail! We especially loved the turn down service every evening. The hotel was so quiet, making it easy to escape the hustle and bustle of London to relax. The hotels location is amazing within a couple minutes walk of the picadilly circus station and St James Park. We will return to this hotel any time we visit London moving forward.

This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The service was impeccable. It was immaculately clean. The rooms were silent to the noises of outside and all the neighboring rooms. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. I cannot say enough nice things about this hotel. Not to mention the location could not be better. Less than 5 minutes walk to the underground, Picadilly circus, Trafalgar Square, and st James park

We had a wonderful stay at Sofitel London St James during Valentine’s weekend while celebrating our son’s birthday. From the moment we arrived, everyone welcomed us with warm smiles. The hotel was very clean with great attention to detail throughout - gorgeous decoration . Breakfast was delicious as well. Special thanks to Andy Santos for making sure we had an excellent and memorable stay. We truly appreciate the outstanding service!

My stay at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. The location is superb, perfectly situated for both convenience and exploration. From the moment I arrived, the staff demonstrated impeccable professionalism — attentive, gracious, and effortlessly accommodating at every turn. The room itself was exquisitely appointed, offering both supreme comfort and a sense of understated luxury. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, creating an atmosphere of calm and indulgence. We had the best time. Service was outstanding and the room was one the nicest rooms we have ever stayed in. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had all we needed, the little surprise cake for my mum's birthday was delicious. Can't wait to come again. Had a brilliant experience enjoying the Phantom of the Opera themed afternoon tea in the Rose Lounge. Attentive, kind staff and very generous servings made it an experience to remember. The food was very high quality and imaginatively presented. It was raining as we left and the doorman also gave us a complimentary umbrella, which was a wonderful touch.

We arrived much earlier than expected due to a last-minute flight change. The staff was so accommodating in helping us check into our rooms as soon as possible. The room was very clean and tidy and had all the amenities I needed for my business trip. I certainly will book here again for leisure. Such a great hotel in a fantastic location.
